Terms and Conditions are as follows: 

• Indeed-Notary is Commissioned in Maryland & the District of Columbia 
• Indeed-Notary and its Affiliates reserves the right to refuse service to any person/company without any reason or notice.
• A Non-Fundable deposit will be required for all Remote Services
• All required documents MUST BE presented @ the time of the appointment
• All Identification must be CURRENT
• Indeed-Notary requires an appointment for all services
• If Client changes location; an additional fee will be charged
• Indeed-Notary and its Affiliates promise to treat ALL clients with professionalism and courtesy and we demand the same.  
• Indeed-Notary and its affiliates promise to conduct business with integrity and the highest confidentiality.
